Refunds and Returns Policy for Keyndom
At Keyndom, we are committed to ensuring a secure and transparent digital shopping experience. Due to the nature of our products—digital keys and e-gift cards—we have a strict policy regarding refunds and returns.
1. No Refunds on Delivered Digital Products
All sales of digital keys and e-gift cards are final once the product has been delivered. We do not offer refunds or accept returns for:
- Activation codes or keys that have been delivered via email or your account dashboard
- E-gift cards that have been sent or redeemed
2. Exceptions to the No Refund Policy
Refunds may only be issued under the following exceptional circumstances:
- The digital key is invalid or does not work, and you report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
- The product was not delivered due to an error on our end
- A purchase was made in error before the product was delivered (subject to review)
Note: All refund requests will be manually verified and must include a valid order number and proof of the issue (e.g., screenshots of error messages).
3. Fraud Prevention
For security reasons, we reserve the right to refuse a refund if:
- There is evidence of the key being used
- The product was delivered successfully and the user account shows access
- There are signs of abuse, chargeback attempts, or suspicious activity
